Biography
Born on August 3, 1948 in the city of Sukhumi.
From 1955 to 1966 he studied at the secondary school number 14 named after Chekhov.
From 1967 to 1971 he studied at the Faculty of Road of the Moscow Automobile and Road Institute .
On October 15, 2014, by decree of the President of Abkhazia No. 235, he was appointed Minister of Energy, Transport and Communications of the Republic of Abkhazia and Deputy Prime Minister of the Government of the Republic of Abkhazia [1] .
