Career
Zach Cassian began his professional career at the Peterborough Pits OHL club. In 2009, the young striker in the first round of the NHL draft picked the Buffalo Sabers club.
As part of the Blades, the forward made his debut in the 2011-12 season, but did not play one full season for the Buffalo: in February 2012 he was exchanged for Vancouver .
In July 2015, Zach Cassian transferred to Montreal Canadiens as a result of the exchange: the striker was exchanged for Brandon Prasta ; Canadians also got a choice in the fifth round of the 2016 draft [1] .
At the end of December 2015, the Montreal Canadiens traded Zach in the Edmonton Oilers team, and in return received goalkeeper Ben Skrivens [2] .
Team Career
As part of the Ontario Junior Regional Team, Zack won the 2008 World Challenge Cup . Later, the striker was called up to the junior and youth teams of Canada, as part of the youth team Cassian won the silver of the world championship-2011.
