Group 1 of the qualifying tournament of the European Football Championship among youth teams 2017 was made up of the youth teams of Belgium , Latvia , Malta , Moldova , Montenegro and the Czech Republic [1] . The winner of the group goes directly to the final stage, and the team that took second place, once in the four best teams that took second places, will take part in butt matches. At the same time, when determining the best second national teams, only matches with teams finishing in the first, third, fourth and fifth places are taken into account.
