History
The status and boundaries of a rural settlement are established by the Law of the Orenburg Region dated September 2, 2004 No. 1424/211-III-OZ “On Giving the Municipalities of the Orenburg Region the Status of a Municipal District, Urban District, Urban Settlement, Establishing and Changing the Borders of Municipalities” [2]
The Dnieper Village Council as the Upper Dnieper Village Council arose as a result of the establishment of Soviet power on the territory of the Belyaevsky Volost in 1919 as part of the same village. Subsequently, the Vorotovsky farm was included in this administrative-territorial unit.
In 1952, the Dnieper Village Council was merged with the Yaik Village Council into a single Dnieper Village Council. The territory of the Dnieper Village Council includes significant territories with the village of Kzylzhar and the village of Khersonovka. In 1957, the village of Khersonovka was transferred to the Kryuchkovsky village council.
