Biography

Born in 1904 in Milan . In 1928 he became the champion of the Olympic Games in Amsterdam . In 1930, he won a silver medal at the International Fencing Championship in Liege. In 1931 he became the champion of the International Fencing Championship in Vienna. In 1932 he became the silver medalist of the Los Angeles Olympic Games . In 1933 he became the champion of the International Fencing Championship in Budapest.

In 1937, the International Fencing Federation retroactively recognized all previously held International Fencing Championships as world championships.
