Biography

Born in 1928. Latvian . Member of the CPSU since 1959. Higher education - graduated from the Latvian State University .

Since 1952, the head of the educational part of the secondary school. In 1960-1962, he was the director of a secondary school, and from 1962, he was the director of the Liepna boarding school of the Aluksne district of the Latvian SSR .

Member of the Council of Nationalities of the Supreme Soviet of the USSR of the 9th convocation (1974-1989) from the Aluskne constituency No. 297 of the Latvian SSR. Member of the Commission on Public Education, Science and Culture of the Council of Nationalities.
