Peacock cuckoos ( lat. Dromococcyx ) - a genus of rare cuckoos that live in neotropical forests. Strongly stepped tails are characteristic of them, and they are one of the few nesting parasites among cuckoos in South America (the only other example is the four-winged cuckoo ).
