Hegumen Hilarion ( Denisovich in the world) - hegumen of the Kupyatitsky monastery .
At the request of the Brest castellate Apollonia War and her son, who founded (in 1629) a monastery at the Kupyatitsky church ( Pinsky Povet ), was sent by the Vilnius Holy Spirit Father Superior Joseph Bobrikovich to the abbots of the newly founded monastery.
In 1637, by order of the Kiev Metropolitan Pyotr Mogila , he made a collection of donations in the Pinsk district for the renovation of the St. Sophia Cathedral and sent the hieromonk Makarii Tokarevsky to Kiev with the money collected. Having learned from Tokarevsky about the extreme decay of the Kupyatitsky monastery church, Mogila gave Denisovich a station wagon about collecting donations for its renewal; to collect these donations (in 1637-1638) hieromonk Afanasy Filipovich was sent, even having visited Moscow. In 1640, Denisovich released this Athanasius as abbot of the Brest Monastery.
