Story
The tragedy is developing one of the episodes of the mythological cycle about the Pelopids, very popular in ancient dramatic art. However, only the "Fiesta" Seneca has been preserved completely.
Fiesta seduces the wife of his brother Atreus and kidnaps the golden ram from his herd to seize power in Mycenae. Atreus still expels him. Then, to take revenge, Atreus pretends that he has forgotten everything, returns Fiesta to his homeland and invites him to a feast, where he, without suspecting anything, eats the meat of his just killed sons. In the finale, Atreus tells his brother everything and laughs at his curse.
