Biography

He was born in Moscow to the family of Roman Mikhailovich Lichinitser (1896–1979) and Elizabeth Iosifovna Voldman (1908–70) [2] .

  • In 1963 he graduated from the First Moscow State Medical University named after IM Sechenov
  • He worked at the Institute of Experimental and Clinical Oncology of the Academy of Medical Sciences of the USSR and its successors: resident, graduate student, junior, senior, leading researcher; since 1993 head. Department of combined treatment and chemotherapy, and at the same time since 2002 the deputy. Director of Research.
  • May 25, 2006 - Elected Corresponding Member of the Russian Academy of Sciences
  • December 22, 2011 elected as a full member of the Russian Academy of Sciences
