Biography
Masato Nakamura was born on October 1, 1958 in the Japanese city of Tefu . In the mid-1980s, met with the singer Miwa Sedoy. Both were members of the Cha-Cha & Audrey's Project group. However, in 1988, Nakamura and Sёda together formed the group Dreams Come True , and in the following year they recorded their first musical album with the same name.
The musician also collaborated with Sega on writing music for Sonic the Hedgehog and Sonic the Hedgehog 2 [1] [2] . For Nakamura, this was the first job in creating melodies for computer games, and he was satisfied with it [3] . The gaming press highly appreciated the music created by the musician, and wanted to continue cooperation further. However, the soundtrack to Sonic the Hedgehog 3 was already created by composers from Sega itself, and the publishing house had to refuse the services of Nakamura, but his music was later used in the 2006 Sonic the Hedgehog and Sonic Generations games.
In addition to writing music for computer games, Masato Nakamura creates music for films and commercials [4] . In 2002, he created his own recording studio, DCT Records , with Miwa Sodoy, and in 2008 he married a member of the High and Mighty Color musical group named Makii [5] .
