Biography

Born in 1885 in Romilly-sur-Seine . In 1922 he took part in the International Fencing Tournament held in Paris, where he became the silver medalist in the sword championship (in 1937 this tournament was retroactively recognized as the World Championship). In 1924, at the Olympic Games in Paris, he won a gold medal in the team championship on swords.
