The Catholic Church - the monumental parish church of Saints Peter and Paul of the late 13th - early 14th century [10] in the style of the early Gothic [11] :

  • crucifixion ( fresco ) probably originates from the period of 1610–1673;
  • Church registration books ( Matriken ) since 1683;
  • the bell tower dates back to the 18th century;

The Catholic Chapel of Archangel Michael (1730) [3] [12] :

  • built in 1727–1739, located next to the vicar’s building;
  • a tower with an onion dome rises above the outer open arcades ;
  • in front of the chapel tower on a square pedestal a column with a statue of Saint Rosalia (2nd quarter of the 18th century);
  • in the building of the chapel near the altar - a wooden statue of the Archangel Michael ;

The Evangelical Parish Church of Zurndorf (1640) [13] :

  • in 1783, the prayer house opened;
  • in 1841 a tower was added;
  • in 1977, the Youth Center opened in the church building;
  • in 1993 a new parish house was built;
  • in 2007–11 the church building was thoroughly repaired [8] ;
