Sinichiro Tomonaga ( Jap. 朝 振 振 一郎 Tomonaga Sinichiro: March 31, 1906 - July 8, 1979 ) - Japanese physicist , winner of the 1965 Nobel Prize in Physics . President of the Scientific Council of Japan (1963-1969).
