Title
In the XVI century it is referred to as a wasteland that was the village of Timonino . The name is associated with Timonya, the colloquial form of the calendar personal name Timon or Timothy [3] .
Geography
The village of Timonino is located in the western part of Ramenskoye district, about 9 km south-west of the city of Ramenskoye . Altitude 134 m [4] . 0.5 km east of the village flows the Moscow River. Ramensky was assigned to the village of SNT - RAS [5] . The nearest settlement is the village of Krivtsi .
History
In 1926, the village was the center of the Timoninsky village council of the Velinsky volost of the Bronnitsky district of Moscow province [6] .
Since 1929 - a settlement in the Ramensky district of the Moscow district of the Moscow region [7] .
Before the municipal reform of 2006, the village was part of the Timoninsky rural district of the Ramensky district [8] .
