He made his debut in the ring on June 23, 2007, having won by technical knockout in the 3rd round. [one]
On March 7, 2015, he won by technical knockout in the 6th round of Thai Patomsuka Pathathomthong and became the official challenger for the IBF world title in 1 welterweight. [2]
Championship fight with César Rene Cuenca
July 18, 2015, he met with Argentinean César René Cuenca in a battle for the vacant world title in IBF welterweight. The fight lasted all 12 rounds. Cuenca won by unanimous decision.
