Biography
I. I. Lukinov was born on October 5, 1927 in the village of Popovka (now - Korochansky district, Belgorod region). From an early age he helped the family in agricultural work. In 1941 he graduated from 8 classes of high school.
In 1946 he graduated from Korochansky Agricultural College, in 1951 - from the Kharkov Agricultural Institute (Faculty of Economics), in 1954 - from graduate school of the (Kiev). He defended his dissertation for the degree of candidate of economic sciences (1954) and doctor of economic sciences (1964). In 1968, he was awarded the academic title of professor.
In his student years, he held the posts of technician and engineer of the Severodonetsk expedition "Agrolesproekt".
He worked as a director (1967-1976) of the Ukrainian Research Institute of Economics and Organization of Agriculture. A. G. Schlichter . And about.
