Format
The tournament was held in two stages. At the first stage, 8 teams participating in the tournament were divided into three groups (A and B), 4 teams each. Competitions of the first stage were held in a circular system.
At the second stage, the teams that took 1st place in their groups go to the finals, and the two teams that took 2nd places fight for 3rd place.
