Arkady Krasnoborov was born on April 16, 1919 in the village of Krasnobory of the Osinsky district of the Perm province . In 1931 the family moved to Berezniki . [2]

In 1933 he graduated from the seven-year school and began working as a locksmith (later - foreman ) in the management of the Uralelectromontazh trust [3] . Since 1935, combined work with studies at the Bereznikovsky Chemical-Technological College. At the end of the college in 1938, Arkady voluntarily left for the Red Army . After completing the courses of the red commanders, he was sent to the military unit in the city ​​of Blagoveshchensk, Amur Region . He was appointed platoon commander. In August 1939, he participated in battles with the Japanese invaders on the river. Khalkhin Gol . He was wounded in the leg, after treatment in a hospital he was discharged.
