Geography
The village of Vasilyevo is located in the western part of the Ramenskoye district, about 13 km south-west of the city of Ramenskoye . Altitude 140 m [3] . The Velinka River flows through the village . The territory of the TIZ NPAP Progress RAS was assigned to the village [4] . The nearest settlement is the village of Petrovskoye .
History
In 1926, the village was the center of the Vasilievsky village council of the Sofyinsky volost of the Bronnitsky district of Moscow province [5] .
Since 1929 - a settlement in the Ramensky district of the Moscow district of the Moscow region [6] .
Before the municipal reform of 2006, the village was part of the Timoninsky rural district of the Ramensky district [7] .

In 1926, 418 people lived in the village (183 men, 235 women), there were 98 households, of which 97 were peasant [5] . According to the 2002 census , 16 people (5 men, 11 women) [9] .
