Description
Small myrmecophilous butterflies. Found in the nest of leaf-cutting ants from the tribe of fungus aqua Atta texana Buckley ( Attini ). The species was first described in 1938 and named after its location in the southern United States in Texas. The first species of butterflies associated with ants [1] [2] [3] .
