Description
It is located between the industrial zones of the districts of the Lefortovo and Nizhny Novgorod districts (the historical district of Karacharovo ). Over the northern neck of the station is an overpass of the Kazan direction of the Moscow Railway .
Connecting branches depart from the north neck of the station to the Kazan direction of the Moscow Railway, from the south - to the station Northern post with access roads to the Sickle and Hammer and Crystal plants.
Earlier, the path from the south mouth of the station went to the Kursk direction of the Moscow Railway , for some time going parallel to the Small Ring, and, moving away from the main passage at the branch from the Ugreshskaya station, went to the Lyublino-Sortirovochny Kursk passage. After the reconstruction, the third main path took the place of this branch, and now it adjoins directly to the Ugreshskaya station.
The station, two residential buildings, a water pump and a gatehouse of the beginning of the 20th century have been preserved. The settlement of New Andronovka , which arose in the pre-revolutionary years near the station, is completely absorbed by industrial zones.
Several station tracks are equipped for the sludge of the MCC urban electric trains at night and during off-peak times.
