Biography
- 1975 - 1980 - Yerevan State Medical Institute.
- 1980 - 1981 - internship at Yerevan Emergency Hospital N1. Plastic surgeon.
- 1981 - 1984 - worked as a doctor at the Yerevan ambulance station.
- 1984 - 1986 - clinical intern at the Yerevan branch of the All-Union Scientific Surgical Center (VNHTS).
- 1986 - 1991 - a microsurgeon at the All-Russian Exhibition Center.
- 1990 - 1991 - passed retraining at Yale University ( USA ).
- 1991 - 1994 - worked at the Institute of Surgery. Mikaelian is the head of the department, the head of the center of plastic surgery.
- 1994 - 1997 - Head of the Department of the Erebuni Medical Center.
- 1997 - 1998 - was the Minister of Health of Armenia .
