The stopping point was located on the non - electrified single - track stretch Zaklinie - Batetskaya. The stopping point was not equipped with a landing platform. There were only signs “Locomotive stop” and a bench for passengers waiting for the train. There was no ticket office.

At a distance of about 800 meters east of the former stopping point is the village of Toroshino of the Batetsky rural settlement of the Batetskiy district of the Novgorod region, and at a distance of about 2 kilometers to the west - the village of Antipovo of the same rural settlement. The 144 km stop was located near the railway crossing on the road connecting Antipovo and Toroshino.

At the stopping point, autonomous-traction commuter trains stopping on the route Oredezh - Dno - Oredezh. In 2011, the 144 km stopping point was abolished due to the lack of a platform.
