History

According to 1966, the cordon Glubokiy Ruchey was not listed as part of the Luga region [2] .

According to the data of 1973 and 1990, the cordon Glubokiy Ruchey was part of the Luga Village Council [3] [4] .

In 1997, 19 people lived on the Glubokiy Ruchey cordon of Zaklinsky volost, in 2002 - 7 people (all Russians) [5] [6] .

In 2007, 21 people lived on the cordon Glubokiy Ruchey of the Luga GP [7] .

Geography

Cordon is located in the central part of the region near the north-eastern outskirts of the city of Luga .

It is located between the federal highway P23 Pskov ( E 95 , St. Petersburg - the border with Belarus ) and the Leningrad highway.

The distance to the administrative center of the settlement is 2 km [7] .

The Shalovka River flows through the cordon.
