Novo-Semenkovskaya volost is an administrative-territorial unit of the Kalyazinsky district of the Tver province and the Leninsky district of the Moscow province of the RSFSR . It existed until 1922. The center of the volost was the village of Semenkovo, since 1920 - the village of Kvasyonki .

It was formed no later than September 1918 from part of the villages of Ozyorsk , Belgorod and Taldom volosts.
In June 1920, the rural municipality included 16 village councils: Andreikovsky, Babakhinsky, Baksheinsky, Butyrsky, Volkovsky, Volkushinsky, Igumnovsky, Kishkinovsky, Kruglovsky, Kurapovsky, Maklakovsky, Molkninsky, Nikitinsky, Parashinsky, Shadrinsky, and in December - 8: Bobrovnikovsky, Volkov , Igumnovsky, Kishkinovsky, Kruglovsky, Kurapovsky, Moklyginsky, Parashinsky.
By a decree of the Presidium of the All-Russian Central Executive Committee of August 15, 1921, the volost was transferred to the created Lenin district of the Moscow province .
In 1922, Novo-Semenovskaya volost was merged with Belgorod in the Civil volost as part of the Leninsky district.
