History
The status and boundaries of the village council are established by the Law of the Kursk region of October 21, 2004 No. 48-WKO “On municipalities of the Kursk region” [2] .
The law of the Kursk region dated April 26, 2010 No. 26-WKO [3] included in the village council the settlements of the abolished Melavsky and Verkhotopensky village councils .
