Dik manusch

Dik Manusch is a street newspaper founded in 2015 and published in Sweden [3] . First published in early 2015 and focused on the province of Westerbotten . The newspaper is trying to help homeless migrants from the European Union, especially Roma from the Balkans, especially Romania [4] , so that they provide for themselves and not resort to begging [5] . Freely distributed among migrants, each newspaper is sold for 50 SEK, the profit remains entirely with the seller [6] . Another goal of the newspaper is to create debate in Swedish society about the conditions faced by these people [7] .

Preparations for the newspaper began in 2014, at the suggestion of Ilila Dimitru, who saw the homeless selling the Situation Sthlm street newspaper in Stockholm [8] [9] . The newspaper was created by SAMS, a coalition of several different organizations and churches in Skelleftea [10] . The first issue, with 5,000 copies, was published by the Norran editorial staff, and the full-fledged material was created with the help of various writers on a non-commercial basis [11] . The second issue, with 15,000 copies, was also printed by Norran and was funded by voluntary contributions. To support the newspaper, the Friends of Dick Manusch association was formed.
