Anna Vladimirovna Tikhomirova (born in 1968 in Moscow ) is a Russian social entrepreneur , founder of the Bumper , a project in the field of social entrepreneurship , a bookstore and a book club on wheels, whose goal is to make modern children's literature accessible to everyone, including for residents distant from major centers of rural settlements .

Biography
Anna Vladimirovna Tikhomirova was born in 1968 in Moscow . Received higher education at Moscow State University with a degree in Psychology . Since 1990, she worked in a social environment, including with difficult teenagers [1] . In the course of her work, she found out that difficult teenagers, as a rule, spent almost no time reading books as a child , and decided to open a bookstore [2] .
The charity project arose in 2010 on the basis of the Perekrestok Center for Psychological Assistance for Teenagers in Moscow, which is headed by Tikhomirova [1] . However, the funds were only enough to purchase a bus . According to Anna Tikhomirova, special literature worthy of the reading audience was collected on the bus.

Since 2010, Anna Vladimirovna has been the general director of the Culture of Childhood foundation for supporting the cultural development of children, established by her [1] . He also supervises the SIC evidence-based social design of the Moscow city psychological and pedagogical university [4] .
Among other things, she took part in the FemmeFest festival [5] and the Business for Moms webinar [6] .
Personal life
