Sequence of Movements

  1. Rub one palm against another palm with reciprocating movements.
  2. With the right palm, rub the back surface of the left hand, change hands.
  3. Connect the fingers of one hand in the interdigital spaces of the other, rub the inner surfaces of the fingers with movements up and down.
  4. Connect your fingers into the “lock”, rub the palm of your other hand with the back of your bent fingers.
  5. Cover the base of the thumb of the left hand between the thumb and forefinger of the right hand, rotational friction. Change hands.
  6. In a circular motion, rub the palm of the left hand with the fingertips of the right hand, change hands.

Each movement is repeated at least 5 times. Hand processing is carried out within 30 seconds - 1 minute.

Upon completion

After the last rinse, the hands are wiped dry with a small towel (15 × 15 cm). Closing the water taps is done with another napkin, which is dumped into a class A waste container.

In the absence of disposable wipes, it is possible to use pieces of clean cloth, which after each use are dumped into special containers and after disinfection are sent to the laundry.

Replacing disposable wipes

Replacing disposable wipes with electric dryers is not practical. In the case of such a replacement, the skin does not rub and does not remove detergent residues, as well as desquamation of the epithelium . Electric dryers are the habitat of various flora, so during drying hands are seeded by pathogenic flora.
