Mikronidling ( Greek. Μικρός - small, English needle - needle, also English. Collagen induction therapy ) is a cosmetic procedure aimed at improving the condition of the skin and consisting in applying multiple injections with thin needles into the upper layers of the epidermis , thanks to which the skin actively penetrates the skin drugs. Eliminates congestion and stimulates the activity of epidermal cells, which increases the skin's ability to regenerate. The procedure is performed using a mezoroller. It is a gentle alternative to face plastics , peeling and laser exposure.
The procedure is aimed at eliminating problems such as redness, skin atony, wrinkles and reduced sensitivity.

Procedure
Before the procedure, the skin of the face is thoroughly cleaned with water and an antiseptic gel. To avoid the onset of pain during the procedure, a local anesthetic agent is applied to the skin.
Micronidling is performed using a mezoroller - a device containing 200 thinnest needles. Problem areas of the skin are gently handled by a roller. When the first drops of blood appear (when it becomes clear that the protection of the upper layer of the epidermis is overcome), therapeutic serum is applied to the skin, which is selected depending on the individual characteristics and specific problems of the patient. This may be serum for the treatment of acne , whitening, rejuvenating, containing vitamins, etc.
As a rule, regardless of the purpose and composition of the serum, it contains components that stimulate the synthesis of collagen . On average, the procedure takes about an hour.
Rehabilitation
The micronidling procedure is easily tolerated. Since the injections are performed with very thin needles, the damage to the epidermis is minor and heals completely within 24 hours. At this time, saunas, tanning beds, swimming pools and the use of cosmetics are contraindicated.
Effect
During the week the skin condition improves markedly. The long-term effect is achieved by conducting a course of procedures for two months (one procedure per week).
Contraindications
The incoherence of blood , cancer , allergies , pregnancy and lactation .
