Until 2012, he trained at the Reggiana Academy. In the summer of 2012, it was acquired by Milan for 0.5 million euros. At 15, he began to be involved in training an adult team ^[3] . On June 15, 2014, on the day of his sixteenth birthday, he signed his first professional contract with the club, calculated until June 30, 2018.

In the summer of 2015, it was leased by Malaga , spent one incomplete match in La Liga 2015/16.

In the summer of 2016, Zwolle was leased, spent 5 matches in the Netherlands major league, and 1 match in the national cup ^[4] .

In the summer of 2017, he returned to Milan, but did not get into the application for the 2017/18 season and took part only in the training of the adult team, and also sometimes played for Primavera.

At a youthful level, Hakim played for Italians, but as an adult, he decided to play for the national team of his historical homeland. His debut for the national team of Morocco took place on June 12, 2015 in the qualifying match of the African Cup 2017 against the national team of Libya ^{[8] [9]} . He appeared on the field at the 90th minute of the game and became the youngest debutant in the history of the Moroccan team ^[10] .
