World Volleyball Grand Prix 2015

As in 2014 , 28 teams take part in the tournament, divided into three divisions depending on the position in the world ranking and the current balance of power in world volleyball, with the possibility of passing to the next draw of the weakest team of the elite division in the second division, the winner of the second division - in the first and similar exchange between the second and third divisions.

12 teams of the first division in the intercontinental round for 3 game weekends held 9 one-round tournaments in groups of four teams. The results of the matches went to the general standings. Participants in the final round, which was held in a circular system, were 6 teams, including the US team as its organizer.

In the second and third divisions, 8 teams played each, in the intercontinental rounds there were 2 game weekends each. Four teams went to the final stages, including the organizers.

The national team of the Republic of Korea refused to participate in the 2015 Grand Prix, as a result of which the Dominican Republic national team retained its place in the first division, the Czech Republic team was transferred from the third division to the second, and the debutant Grand Prix - the Colombian team ^{[ 2]} .
