At the age of 11, Ted Yoho moved with his parents to the state of Florida . He received a bachelor's degree in agriculture from the University of Florida . He also studied at the University of Florida College of Veterinary Medicine. Yoho has been a veterinarian for 28 years. He is a member of the American Veterinary Medical Association, the Florida Veterinary Medical Association and the National Rifle Association .
