Medal standings at the 2015 Summer European Games

At the 1st European Games, 253 sets of medals were played in 30 sports. Below is a list of all countries that won at least one medal during all the games held from June 12 to 28, 2015 in the capital of Azerbaijan - Baku . In total, 5730 athletes from 50 countries took part in this sporting event. [one]

Athletes from 42 NOCs won at least one medal, and 31 of them won at least one gold medal. Russia wins the most gold medals (79) and medals in total (164). Kosovo , as an NOC debutant of Olympic-scale games, wins its first medal in these games. [2]

Unofficial Medal Test

The medal standings table is based on data from the International Olympic Committee (IOC) published on the games website in Baku. The table is sorted by the number of medals of the highest value ("gold") won by the participants of the European National Olympic Committees (NOC). The following is the number of medals won average (silver) and lower rank (bronze). If the NOCs have in general the same number of medals won, then the countries are sorted in the alphabetical order of the Russian language. Bold indicates the largest number of medals in its category; host country also highlighted.
