Career
Started his career Stepanchuk in Union time. His first team was Vakhsh (Kurgan-Tube) . In the last Soviet championship, he played in the team "Regar" . A year later, Stepanchuk helped this Tajik team become the vice-champion of the country. In total, in the Premier League of Tajikistan, the footballer played 16 games.
