• 432 Park Avenue is an ultra-high skyscraper under construction in Midtown, New York, on Park Avenue between 57 and 56 streets. Project developed by CIM Group. Construction began in 2012 and is scheduled for completion in 2015. According to the initial design, the height was 396 meters ^{[1] [2]} . Construction was preceded by the demolition of the 495-seat Drake Hotel , built in 1926. The hotel was bought for 440 million dollars by the developer Harry Mclowe in 2006, after which it was demolished.
