Function
MAD2L2 is a component of the mitotic control point of the fission spindle assembly, which prevents the occurrence of anaphase until all chromosomes are correctly aligned on the metaphase plate. MAD2L2 is a homologue of MAD2L1 [2] .
Interactions
MAD2L2 has been found to interact with:
- [3] ,
- MAD2L1 [4] ,
- [5] and
- [5] [4] .
