The Soviet-Iranian Friendship Treaty is a bilateral agreement concluded between the RSFSR and Persia in Moscow on February 26, 1921 .

Based on the terms of the contract, all previous agreements reached between the parties have been canceled. In addition, agreements were reached between Soviet Russia and Iran on full and equal shipping rights in the Caspian Sea .
Ratified in Tehran on February 26, 1922 .
Registered in the League of Nations on June 7, 1922 .
It served as the basis for the introduction of troops to the north of Iran by the Soviet Union in 1941 .
