FIBA Europe Cup 2015/2016 ( Eng.2015–16 FIBA Europe Cup ) - the first draw of the FIBA Europe Cup , the newly formed basketball tournament among club teams under the auspices of FIBA . He changed the FIBA Challenge Cup , and his goal is to take the place of the Euro Cup (held by Basketball Euroleague ) as the second most important tournament in Europe, and FIBA asks the national federations to announce their teams in this tournament.

Format
In the regular season 56 teams will participate, which will be divided into 14 groups of 4 teams. The 2 best teams from each group in the regular season and the 4 best teams from the third place will go to Tournament 32, where they will be divided into 8 groups of 4 teams. The 2 best teams from each group of Tournament 32 will reach the 1/8 finals. The winners of the quarter-finals will reach the Final Four.

Regular Season
The regular season will run from October 27 to December 2.
In each group, teams play with each other at home and away in a round robin system . Matches will be played on October 27-29, November 3-5, November 10-11, November 17-18, November 24-25 and December 1-2.
The two best teams from each group and the four best teams that took third places will enter Tournament 32.
