Title

The name is associated with the non-calendar personal name Lokot [3] .

Geography

The village of Loktevaya is located in the southern part of Ramensky district, approximately 18 km south-east of the city of Ramenskoye . Altitude 111 m [4] . The Moscow River flows 1 km south of the village. The nearest settlements are the villages of Kolupaevo and Fomino .

The village is mentioned in historical documents from the XVII century. [3]

In the XIX century. The Yegoryevsky Tract, which began in Bronnitsy , passed through the village, then through the villages of Nikulino, Fomino , Lokteva to Faustovo and Yegoryevsk . As of 1852, the village of Loktevaya belonged to Lieutenant Colonel Alexander Vadkovskaya [5] .

An old believer community existed in the village, their chapel was located in a private house. In 1910, the Ascension Church was erected, which belonged to the Old Believers Church of Belokrinitsky consent . The temple is lost in the middle. XX century [6] .

In 1926, the village was part of the Kolupayevsky village council of the Vokhrin parish of the Bronnitsky district of the Moscow province [7] .

Since 1929 - a settlement in the Bronnitsky district of the Kolomna district of the Moscow region.

In the 1930s, a collective farm was created, which later became part of the Leninets collective farm.

On June 3, 1959, the Bronnitsky district was abolished, the village was transferred to the Lyuberetsky district . Since 1960, in the Ramensky district [8] .

Before the municipal reform of 2006, the village was part of the Rybolovsky rural district of Ramensky district [9] .

In 1852, 169 people lived in the village (82 men, 87 women). In 1899 - 252 people. In 1925, there were 220 people in 40 houses [12] . In 1926, 178 people lived in the village (79 men, 99 women), there were 43 peasant farms [7] . According to the 2002 census , 16 people (7 men, 9 women) [11] .
