On June 6, 2015 in Carson ( California , USA ), Cuellar defeated the Armenian boxer Vakhtang Darchinyan by knockout in round 8 and won the WBA world title [1] .
December 10, 2016 Jesus in a duel with Mares Abner for the WBA featherweight title, was defeated by a split decision and lost the title [2] .
