Deildartunguhver ( Isl. Deildartunguhver ) - a geothermal spring in Iceland near Reykholt to the north-east of the city of Borgarnes . It consists of a series of geysers that gush out of the same hill.

It is characterized by a very high flow rate of water (180 l / s) and its temperature up to 97 ° C. It is the most powerful geothermal water source in Europe.
Part of the water is used for heating: there is a 30-km water supply to the city of Borgarnes and 60-km to the city of Akranes . The spring supplies hot water to all settlements in the district of one hundred kilometers.
Near the springs fern Blechnum spicant grows, which is not found anywhere else in Iceland.
