Biography
Born in Moscow in the family of the famous Russian art historian A.D. Chegodaeva .
In 1988, he graduated from the art and graphic department of the Moscow Polygraphic Institute (now Moscow State Press University ). He worked as art editor of the magazine "Children's Literature".
In 1990, he was elected People's Deputy of the Oktyabrsky District Council of Moscow . Deputy Chairman of the Council.
From 1991 to 1994 - Deputy Chairman of the City Expert Council of Moscow. Advisor to the Mayor of Moscow.
In 1993, he studied economics at Harvard University ( USA ).
From 1994 to 1999 - Director of the Monetary and Financial Department of the CIS Interstate Economic Committee.
From 1999 to 2002 - Director of the Department of Trade and Financial Relations of the CIS Executive Committee .
From 1994 to 2002 - Executive Director of the CIS Interstate Monetary Committee.

A family
