Content
History
In accordance with the Law of the Kurgan region dated July 6, 2004 No. 419 [2], the village council is endowed with the status of a rural settlement.
By the Law of Kurgan Region dated July 2, 2015 No. 70, the status of the village of Khlupovo was changed to a village [3] .
The Law of Kurgan Region dated September 20, 2018 N 103, the composition of the Polovinsky Village Council included all the settlements of the abolished Menshchikovsky , Novobaydarsky , Khlupovsky and Chuloshnensky Village Councils [4] .
