Biography

College Football

During his studies at the University of Virginia in 2002-2004, Freeman played for the university team at the NCAA . During the summer off-season at colleges in 2003, he played for the Texas Spurs club inUSL Premier Development League , Fourth Division [1] .

Club career

At the 2005 MLS Super Draft , Freeman was selected in the first round under number seven by the Colorado Rapids Club [2] . His professional debut took place in a match against Kansas City Wizards on April 2. In total, in the 2005 season he played in 20 matches, of which 14 left in the starting lineup. In the 2006 season he played in 27 games, including 24 at the start. In general, for two seasons at Colorado Rapids he took part in 47 matches, having played 3348 minutes [3] .
