The Buzharovsky village council was formed in the first years of Soviet power. According to 1919, he was part of the Luchinsky volost of the Zvenigorod district of Moscow province .

On January 14, 1921, the Luchinsky volost was transferred to the Resurrection district .

In 1923, the Efimonovsky s / s was attached to the Buzharovsky s / s, but in 1927 it was allocated back [2] .

According to 1926, the village council included the village of Buzharovo , the villages of Efimonovo and Mikhailovka , as well as the 32nd forest school [3] .

In 1929, Buzharovsky s / s was assigned to the Voskresensky district of the Moscow district of the Moscow region.

On August 31, 1930, the Voskresensky district was renamed Istrinsky.

On July 17, 1939, the villages of Savkino, Safontievo and Skorikovo of the abolished Maksimovsky s / s , as well as Gorkovsky (the villages of Gorki and Rakovo) and Efimonovsky (the villages of Babkino , Efimonovo and Mikhailovka) were added to the Buzharovsky s / s. Then, from the Alekhnovsky s / s to Buzharovsky, the villages of Bolshoy Ushakovo , Lamishino and the dam village of them were transferred . Kuibyshev .

On June 14, 1954, the Alekhnovsky and Sinevsky village councils were attached to the Buzharovsky s / s.

On February 1, 1963, the Istra district was abolished and the Buzharovsky rural district entered the Solnechnogorsk rural area .

On August 31, 1963, the villages of Verkhurtovo , Gravornovo , Zykovo , Leonovo , Lyschevo , Mazilovo , Nikitskoye , Rodiontsevo and Ushakovo were transferred from the abolished Savelyevsky s / s to Buzharovsky s / s.

January 11, 1965 Buzharovsky s / s was returned to the restored Istra district.

On February 3, 1994, the Buzharovsky agricultural sector was transformed into the Buzharovsky rural district [4] .

During the municipal reform of 2004-2005, the Buzharovsky rural district ceased to exist as a municipal unit. Moreover, all its settlements were transferred to the rural settlement of Buzharovskoye [5] .

On November 29, 2006, the Buzharovsky rural district was excluded from the accounting data of the administrative-territorial and territorial units of the Moscow region [6] .
