Robert Bartko ( German: Robert Bartko , born December 23, 1975 in Potsdam , East Germany ) is a German professional track and road racer . Two - time Olympic champion in 2000 in team and individual pursuit. Multiple world champion and winner of the UCI World Cup stages on the track.
