Biography
Member of the CPSU (b) since 1931 . He graduated from the Moscow Pedagogical Institute. IN AND. Lenin and graduate school MIFLI (1934). Doctor of Philosophy (1964), professor, Honored Scientist of the Georgian SSR.
- In 1934 - 1937 he was a teacher of philosophy at universities in Moscow and Tbilisi.
- In 1937 - Assistant Secretary of the Central Committee of the CP (b) of Georgia.
- In 1938 - 1939 - Head of the Department of Propaganda and Agitation of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of Bolsheviks of Georgia.
- In 1939 - 1943 - Secretary of the Central Committee of the Communist Party (b) of Georgia for propaganda and agitation.
- In 1943 - 1946 - People's Commissar - Minister of State Control of the Georgian SSR .
- In 1946 - 1948 - First Secretary of the Embassy of the USSR in France .
