Content

Geography

The village is located in the north of the Zyryansky district, near the administrative borders with the Pervomaisky and Teguldetsky districts . From the west, Chulym flows past Cherdat. In the north, the village rests on Lake Kureyka , in the east - Lake Uyuk . Both lakes are part of the old Chulym system and are connected by channels to the Laba River , which flows into Chulym, 1 km west of the village.

History

The village was founded in the XVIII century ^[2] .

Social and Economics

In the village there is a feldsher-midwife station, a secondary school, the House of Culture ^[9] and a library ^[10] .
